What Seeds Are You Planting?
God has been speaking to Craig & I about sowing & reaping from Galatians 6:7: “Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.”
Planting isn’t just about the garden. It’s about our lives. Every word spoken, every choice made, every action taken is like planting a seed. And here’s the thing: seeds always grow into something.
We don’t always like the harvest we’re reaping, but the truth is, it usually comes from seeds we planted earlier- good or bad. Sometimes we forget that weeds grow quickly too. Lies, fear, bitterness, or bad habits can sprout up if we’re not paying attention.
But here’s the good news: with God’s help, we can recognize the bad seeds and start pulling them out. We can ask Him to show us what needs to change and what needs to stay. Then, we can intentionally plant seeds of faith, kindness, prayer, and truth.
It’s not about striving harder. It’s about sowing with God’s strategy. Planting good seed isn’t always instant, but it’s always worth it. Because today’s planting shapes tomorrow’s harvest.
So let me ask: What seeds are you sowing in your life right now? What do you want your future harvest to look like?
👉 If you’re ready to be intentional, start small today. Plant one seed of truth, one seed of love, one seed of faith... and trust God with the growth.
